Introduction:This tester is designed based on ASTM D4151; Suitable for bedding, including bed sheets, blankets, mattress mattress, pillow, duvet, and similar products that used to cover on the bed of the flame retardant performance;This test method is use the standardize flame to burn the sample surface within the prescribed time, observing the combustion, degree of damage or discoloration of standard sample, in order to evaluation the fabric grading of the test.

Main Features:
1, Stainless steel cabinet, width 370mm x length 220mm x height 510mm, with transparent viewing window;
2, The needle flame is adjustable;

3. The needle valve regulates flame height; flame length is 16mm
4, The ignition timing can be set freely;

5.There is a safety gas valve in the cabinet, the gas could pass through only the machine power is started.

6.The burner can rotate; the distance from the top of the burner to the surface of the sample is 8mm.

7.Flowmeter range: 0-200ml / min;

8.Timer accuracy is 0.1 s.

9.When the burner is turned to the ignition position, the ignition time will be automatically timed. The ignition time is 1s, with the function of time remind;

10.Provide standard stainless steel sample holder.
